Classes will resume in September.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Open Level Flow explores classical elements of yoga and breathwork for the modern practitioner in a vinyasa flow sequence. This class is inclusive yet expansive, allowing each student to work at their own pace to deepen their practice. Modifications and variations will be provided for each level of student to accommodate for both the motivated beginner and more advanced yogis.

Deep Stretch & Relaxation focuses on releasing tension throughout the body while restoring peace and calm in the mind. This class will consist of longer held poses in order to work deeper into the muscles and aid their eventual relaxation. Each class ends with Yoga Nidra ( a guided healing meditation in savasana).

My goal is to meet each student and client where they are in their yoga journey and guide them to a deeper place. Often people ask me if they need to be vegan to work with me. Of course not. I wasn’t vegan when I started yoga and I wouldn’t expect you to be either.

I have been studying yoga for the past 17 years. It’s a slow process of starting with the physical body and working your way deeper towards the subtle layers. I bring ancient techniques to the modern practitioner, helping them find alignment in body, mind & spirit.

Some of my clients simply want to learn how to get stronger, achieve poses and feel better in their bodies. They are very goal oriented. Other students are interested in the spiritual practice or healing their bodies with food. Wherever you today, I’ll give you the tools you need to achieve your vision.

Yoga is designed as a lifelong practice. Together we can utilize the science of yoga to bring out your very best self.
