Welcome to Day 14. We are two-thirds of the way done with only one week to go! If you have been eating the Standard American Diet up until this challenge, I hope you are seeing that there are plenty of other options available. If you feel like eating something more "meaty" be sure to check out the resources page when I list some of the transition foods that my family really enjoys.
