1 large Cucumber

4-6 stalks celery start with less if you are new to juicing

1 green apple

2 large handfuls of spinach

I change this green juice daily depending on what's in my fridge. I generally always use a cucumber and add a fruit like an apple or pear. If you want to cut down on the amount of sugar then omit the fruit and go with the cucumber. If I don't have spinach on hand, kale will do just fine. Another wonderful add in are romaine leaves to add more water to the juice. I generally use about 3 or 4
