This is pretty simple to make but I thought I would add a recipe just in case. You can add as many vegetables as you wish. I often add spinach or bok choy but today I went super simple.
1 1/2 package of wildwood organic sprouted tofu cubed. It comes with two separate containers in one package. I ate one whole side that is technically 2.5 servings
1 cup broccoli
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup cooked brown rice. I find the frozen bags helpful when I have nothing on hand.
Place the tofu, broccoli and mushrooms into a steamer basket. Add the steamer basket to a medium bowl and fill just up to the point where it's right below the steamer basket. Cover the lid and steam for 3-4 minutes. Serve over the brown rice. I add braggs liquid aminos for flavoring but organic tamari is nice too. Sometimes I also sprinkle some crushed raw walnuts on top.
