This is my favorite cheat ever. If you have non-celiac gluten issues you can use the Beast Burger from Beyond Meat. Engine 2 also sells a healthier bun that uses more ancient grains. 

1 Field Roast Fieldburger

1  Wholefoods 365 Brand Organic Wheat Burger 

1 Slice GoVeggie Vegan American Cheese

thin slices of white onion

avocado slices

veganaise mayo

strawberries on the side
