This is my favorite smoothie ever. This recipe was influenced after having the almond delight smoothie at Terri in NYC. They have multiple locations and one very close to Grand Central. This is a place my kids are more than happy to eat at. It's grab and go for the most part but definitely worth visiting. 

Serves 1 

2 frozen bananas (you must take the bananas out of the peel before you freeze them)

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 date

1 tbsp cacao nibs
