Welcome to Day 3! I'm super proud of those of you have been participating. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me. It means the world to me and puts a giant smile on my face. 

 It's the end of the school year and the schedules are out of control. I've got one daughter who left for a field trip at 6am this morning and another daughter who had 2 separate school performances and presentations before and after school today. I was flying by the seat of my pants all day. After writing about some of the transition foods on the new resources page, I decided to go ahead and use some of them for a quick dinner tonight.

Lemon Water & Meditation

Morning Breakfast Smoothie- Today I only used the raw oats instead of the sprouted almonds. I added some chaga and extra cinnamon too.

 2 chocolate energy peanut butter balls and a few large strawberries. 

Lunch-  Buckwheat Onion Crust with Avocado and a Blueberry, Ginger, Pineapple & Greens Smoothie

Snack- pieces of leftover Tempeh Bacon from Day 1's Tempeh Bacon Salad with Tahini Dressing

Dinner- Salad Burger with Asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes and a Baked Potato and my daughter had "Chicken" fingers, Baked Potato and Broccoli . My husband gathered a bunch of leftovers in the fridge and made his own creation.
